By ordering from UMDAA (umdaa.pk), you agree to the following terms. They are written plainly, and the detailed policies linked below form part of them.

Orders

All pieces are made to order. Production begins after your advance payment is received and confirmed.
Before production, we confirm the design, dimensions, material, finish, price, production timeline, delivery charge, and advance amount with you. Your confirmation is the final specification.
Nothing is dispatched until you approve the real photos of your finished piece.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are confirmed with your quote.
Standard pieces: 20% advance. Fully custom work: 50% advance. The balance is payable in cash on delivery.
The advance is refundable only if production has not started (see the Advance Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy).

Production & delivery

Production timelines are confirmed with your quote and are good-faith estimates based on workshop scheduling; if a timeline changes, we inform you on WhatsApp.
Delivery charges and transit times are confirmed per order, based on your location, before the advance is paid.
Delivery terms, receiving requirements, and failed-delivery handling are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Damage & defects

Report transit damage or manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery, with a clear unboxing video.
The remedy is repair or replacement, not a cash refund (see the Return & Exchange Policy).

Returns

There are no returns for change of mind after photo approval. The full terms are in the Return & Exchange Policy.

Wood characteristics

Natural wood grain, colour variation between pieces, and minor seasonal movement are inherent characteristics of real wood — they are not defects.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the ordered piece. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
