Cancellation Policy

Plans change — we understand. This policy explains how to cancel a made-to-order order, and exactly what happens to your advance at each stage.

Before production starts

You can cancel your order for a full refund of the advance, no questions asked. Just message us on WhatsApp at +92 342 8566606 with your order number. If production has not begun, nothing is deducted and nothing is owed.

After production starts

Once materials are cut and production has begun, the advance becomes non-refundable. This is because the piece is being built specifically for you — your dimensions, material, and finish — and cannot be resold as-is. The remaining balance, of course, is never charged on a cancelled order.

How to cancel

• Message us on WhatsApp at +92 342 8566606 or email info@umdaa.pk with your order number and the word “cancel”.
• We confirm your cancellation in writing on the same channel.
• If your cancellation is eligible for a refund, we process it by bank transfer within 7 working days.

UMDAA-initiated cancellation

If we cannot complete your order — for example, due to material unavailability or workshop constraints — we inform you immediately and refund the full advance, regardless of the production stage. You will never lose money because of a problem on our side.

Changing instead of cancelling

Need a different size, material, or finish instead? If production has not started, changes are usually possible — message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the revised details and quote before anything proceeds.
