Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds apply at UMDAA, when they do not, and how an approved refund reaches you. It should be read together with the Cancellation Policy and the Return & Exchange Policy.

When refunds apply

• Cancellation before production starts: full advance refund — no questions asked.
• UMDAA cancels your order: full advance refund, regardless of the production stage.

When refunds do not apply

• Customer cancellation after production starts: the advance is non-refundable, because materials have been cut and workshop time committed to a piece built specifically for you.
• Change of mind after photo approval: no refund — the piece was built to the specifications you confirmed and approved in real photos.
• Manufacturing defects and transit damage: resolved by repair or replacement, not a cash refund — we make the piece right instead (see Return & Exchange Policy).

Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer to the account you paid from, within 7 working days of approval. We share confirmation on WhatsApp once the refund is processed.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 342 8566606 with your order number and the reason. We review every request and respond within 2 working days.
