Advance Payment Policy

Because every UMDAA piece is built to order, an advance payment starts your production. This policy explains exactly how much it is, what it covers, and when it is refundable — in plain words, before you pay anything.

Advance amounts

• Standard made-to-order pieces: 20% of the order total.
• Fully custom work: 50% of the order total.

The exact advance amount is confirmed with your final quote — together with the design, dimensions, material, finish, price, timeline, and delivery charge — before production begins. You never pay an amount you have not seen and approved.

When production starts

Production begins only after the advance is received and confirmed, and your production slot is reserved at that point. Before the advance, you can change or cancel your order freely.

What the advance covers

The advance goes toward the materials and workshop scheduling for your specific piece. Because the piece is built for you, materials are sourced, cut, and committed once production starts — which is why the refund terms below change at that point.

Refunds

• Before production starts: full advance refund if you cancel — no questions asked.
• After production starts: the advance is non-refundable, as materials have been committed and workshop time allocated.
• If UMDAA cancels (for example, material unavailability): full advance refund, regardless of the production stage.

Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account you paid from, within 7 working days (see the Refund Policy).

How to pay

Pay by bank transfer to the account shared in your official order confirmation. Always use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment instantly. We never share bank details from any other number or email — if you receive different instructions, do not pay, and tell us at +92 342 8566606.
