Order Tracking

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Because every UMDAA piece is made to order, tracking works differently from ready-stock stores. Your order passes through clear stages, and we keep you informed on WhatsApp at each one. Here is how to know exactly where your order stands.

The stages of your order

  • Confirmation — Once your advance is received, you receive an order confirmation with your order number. Keep it safe; it is your reference for every update.
  • Production begins — We message you on WhatsApp when your piece enters the workshop.
  • Photo approval — When your piece is finished, we share real photos of it on WhatsApp. Dispatch happens only after you approve them.
  • Dispatch — Your approved piece is carefully packed and handed to the courier. We share the tracking details on WhatsApp so you can follow the journey.
  • Delivery — The courier delivers to your address; you pay the remaining balance in cash and record your unboxing video.

Production timelines

Production time depends on the piece, the material, and the finish. We confirm the expected timeline with your quote, before production begins — that confirmed date is your reference, not a generic estimate. If anything changes it, we tell you on WhatsApp ourselves.

After delivery

Inspect your piece when it arrives and record the unboxing video from sealed box to fully unpacked piece. If anything looks wrong, report it within 48 hours with the video — see the Return & Exchange Policy for how claims are handled.
