Payments & COD

Paying for a made-to-order piece should feel as safe as the furniture is solid. UMDAA uses a simple two-part payment that keeps most of your money in your hands until your piece is built, approved by you, and at your door.

How payment works

• Advance — 20% for standard pieces, 50% for fully custom work. Production begins after the advance is received.
• Balance on delivery — The remaining amount is paid in cash when your order arrives, after you have approved the finished piece through real photos.

Accepted payment methods

• Bank transfer — for the advance. Account details are shared with your order confirmation. Always use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment instantly.
• Cash on delivery — for the balance, paid in cash when your order is delivered.

Why an advance?

Every piece is built specifically for you after confirmation — your dimensions, your material, your finish. The advance covers the materials and reserves your production slot in the workshop. It is refunded in full if you cancel before production starts (see the Cancellation Policy and Advance Payment Policy).

If you receive payment instructions from any other number, email, or account, do not pay — contact us immediately at +92 342 8566606.
