How to Order

Ordering from UMDAA is simple. Every piece is made to order — built after you confirm, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Here is the complete journey, step by step.

Step 1 — Choose your piece

Browse the collection and open the product page. Check the dimensions, material, and finish options carefully against your space. For fully custom furniture, message us on WhatsApp at +92 342 8566606 with a reference photo or your room dimensions, and we will shape the design with you.

Step 2 — Confirm the details

Add to cart and check out on the website, or confirm directly on WhatsApp. Before anything is built, we verify the design, size, material, finish, price, production timeline, delivery charge for your city, and the advance amount with you. Your confirmation is the final specification — nothing moves forward until you approve it.

Step 3 — Pay the advance

Standard made-to-order pieces require a 20% advance. Fully custom work requires 50%. Pay by bank transfer to the account shared in your order confirmation, using your order number as the payment reference. The remaining balance is collected in cash on delivery. Step 4 — We build

Production begins once your advance is received and your production slot is reserved. Our workshop builds your piece by hand, checking the structure, joints, and finish at every stage.

Step 5 — You approve

Before dispatch, we share real photos of your finished piece on WhatsApp. You approve — or request adjustments — before anything ships. Nothing is dispatched without your approval.

Step 6 — Delivery & balance

Your approved piece is carefully packed and delivered to your door, anywhere in Pakistan. Record a clear unboxing video when it arrives (it is required for any damage claim), and pay the remaining balance in cash on delivery.
