A little preparation gets you a faster, exact answer:
- Keep your order number ready (it is in your order confirmation) for anything about an existing order.
- For a custom piece, share a reference photo or your room’s rough dimensions on WhatsApp — we review the idea and confirm the material, finish, timeline, and quote with you before production begins.
- For damage or defects, keep your unboxing video and clear photos of the issue ready — claims are reported within 48 hours of delivery (see Return & Exchange Policy).
