UMDAA (“we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you order from umdaa.pk, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain words, like everything else on this site.

- Order information — your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details. We cannot build and deliver your furniture without it.
- Payment information — bank transfer references for your advance. We do not take card payments and do not store card details.
- Communications — WhatsApp and email messages related to your order, including the photos and details you share for custom work and approvals.
- Website usage — basic, aggregated analytics that help us understand which pages and products people use, so we can improve the site.

- To process, build, and deliver your order
- To communicate production updates, photo approvals, and delivery details
- To handle support, damage claims, and after-care
- To improve our products and website
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information — to anyone, ever.
- We do not share your details with third parties except the delivery courier, who receives only your name, phone number, and address — what is required to deliver your order.
- We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, after-care, and claim purposes. Messages and photos you share for an order are kept with that order’s record.
Your rights
